SnaggUp – Shipping & Legal Notice

1. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Time: The estimated shipping time after the delivery address is confirmed by the user is 21 business days. SnaggUp is not responsible for unexpected delays caused by external factors (such as customs, logistics, transport, or holidays).
Address Responsibility: Providing a correct and complete address is entirely the user's responsibility. The platform assumes no liability for failed delivery or delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Loss of Claim Rights: If the delivery team contacts the user and the user fails to respond within 7 days, they will permanently lose the right to claim the product. No refund or compensation will be provided.
Reshipping: If the item is returned because the user was not at home, the user must contact support via email (soporte@snaggup.com) and bear the shipping cost for reshipment themselves.
Delivery Area: Delivery is only made within the continental territory of Ecuador. No deliveries are currently provided to the Galápagos province or international addresses.
Substitutes: If the won item is out of stock, SnaggUp may, with the user's written consent, offer a substitute product of equal value or better. If the delay is due to SnaggUp's fault, the user can cancel the order and receive a full refund.

If you share a photo or video of your won products, you will receive digital coins and points as a reward under these rules:

Time Limit: Testimonials must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product. Reviews submitted after this period will not be rewarded.
Photo Reward: A reward of 10 coins and 5 points will be given for submitting a clear and authentic photo of the product (without any editing).
Video Reward: A reward of 20 coins and 10 points will be given for sending a brief, original video sharing your experience with the product.
Written Review: A reward of 5 coins and 2 points will be given for writing a brief and accurate review of your purchasing and delivery experience.
Consent for Advertising: Submitting a review, photo, or video grants SnaggUp full rights to use it for advertising (marketing) on any social media, digital, or physical platforms.

Website Ownership: The website www.snaggup.com is the property of SnaggUp OÜ, registered under the laws of Estonia. Its operations in Ecuador are entirely virtual (online).
Limitation of Liability: The company is not liable for any losses caused by technical failures, internet outages, or sudden app closures. The platform may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or improvements.
Third-Party Links: SnaggUp is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of any external or third-party links provided on the website.
Applicable Law: All matters related to payments, invoicing, and taxes will be governed by Estonian law. Disputes related to delivery and customer rights (consumer protection) will be resolved by the courts of Ecuador.
