SnaggUp – Returns & Warranty

1. Returns and Refunds

Right of Withdrawal: Users may exercise the right of withdrawal within 7 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the Organic Law for Consumer Defense of Ecuador. To exercise this right, the user must notify SnaggUp in writing via email and follow the return instructions.
Return Location: SnaggUp does not have physical offices or stores in Ecuador. Products must be returned to the logistics company whose address SnaggUp will provide when the return process is initiated.
Refund of Digital Coins/Credits: Purchased digital coins may be refunded within 7 days of purchase, provided they have not been used. Coins obtained for free (ads, registration, daily login, bonuses) and unlimited pack coins are non-refundable.
Return Costs: The user must bear the full shipping cost of returning the product, unless SnaggUp offers a specific pick-up service. If the product is returned because the user was unavailable or not contacted, the user must bear the new shipping fee for reshipment.

Delivery and Conformity Warranty: All products sold by SnaggUp are covered by a legal warranty under Ecuadorian law. This warranty ensures that the product is delivered correctly and matches what was shown/described.
Warranty Exclusions: Coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse of the product (e.g., accidental breakage) or if the user fails to comply with delivery conditions (e.g., wrong address, not being present, or failing to respond). SnaggUp does not provide extended warranties or maintenance.
User Rights: If the product is defective upon delivery (e.g., receiving a different or damaged product), the user has the right to free repair or replacement with a similar or better product at no additional cost (subject to availability).
Claim Procedure: The user must notify SnaggUp in writing via email within 7 days of receiving the product. If accepted, SnaggUp will proceed with repair or replacement through its authorized logistics company.
