SnaggUp – Account Registration & Use Policy

1. Registration Requirements

• To use the platform, users must create an account.
• During registration, users must provide completely true, accurate, and updated information (such as name, email, phone number, and correct delivery address).
• The user must be at least 18 years old (legally an adult).

2. Account Security

• The user is entirely responsible for maintaining the security of their account password and login details.
• The user is solely responsible for all activities that occur under their account.
• If unauthorized access (hacking or use by someone else) is suspected, the user must notify support immediately at soporte@snaggup.com.

3. One Account Per Person

• Important Rule: Each individual may create and use only one account.
• Creating multiple accounts under different emails or phone numbers by the same person is strictly prohibited.

4. Prohibition of Account Transfer

• A SnaggUp account is strictly personal. It cannot be transferred, gifted, or sold to any other person.

5. Verification & Suspension

• SnaggUp reserves the right to request official government identification (ID proof) at any time to verify the user's identity and address.
• If any provided information is found to be incorrect, or if the user fails to provide verification documents, SnaggUp may suspend or permanently terminate the account without prior notice.
